Recently, our company received an after-sales service request from a French customer. Since we do not yet have a service network in France, overseas after-sales service presents a significant challenge. However, the people at Chineng never let distance deter them.

Members of the after-sales team's joint management department volunteered for this task. Since the visa processing time in Guangzhou was already until July, and the customer's needs were urgent, they resolutely went to Chongqing to apply for visas. Subsequently, they traveled thousands of miles, flying for 12 hours, and after transfers and other travel difficulties, finally arriving in France after two full days. Upon arrival, travel-worn and without even taking a break, they immediately began work, visiting each of the customer's stores in France, carefully inspecting the equipment, and ensuring that every Chineng product was back in normal operation.

This is just one stop on their service journey. After completing their maintenance tasks in France, they will head to the customer's store in Spain to continue providing professional and timely service support.
