1. Preparation stage: Power-on and warm-up

2. Core Washing Stage: Placing and Washing

Setting the tablewarePlace the tableware in designated dish baskets according to their categories.Ensure that the water flow can reach every corner.

Start cleaningPush the basket filled with tableware into the machine, then forcefully...Close the top cover.The machine will start working immediately.

Main wash spray (degreasing)The Chinen restaurant dishwasher's water pump starts, spraying hot water containing detergent from the main wash tank onto the tableware surface at high pressure through the upper and lower spray arms. The high temperature combined with the high-pressure water flow effectively removes food residue and grease.

Rinse and spray (disinfect and dry)After the main wash, the machine automatically switches to the rinsing stage. This stage uses cleaner, high-temperature purified water from the rinsing tank. This high-temperature purified water not only rinses away residual foam but also sterilizes the dishes. Simultaneously, a drying agent is automatically added at this time, using the high temperature to quickly evaporate the water, leaving the dishes shiny and dry after washing.

3. Final stage: Removal and cleaning

Take out the tablewareWhen the running indicator light goes out or the buzzer sounds, it means the cleaning is complete.

For dishwashers without a water softener, the scale level should be checked regularly, and descaling should be performed every 3 months. Consult customer service to purchase descaling agents.
