Food preparationStandardize the processing of ingredients according to the requirements of the dish (such as cutting, marinating, and plating). Steam ovens support multi-layer simultaneous cooking; therefore, the placement of ingredients should be reasonably allocated to avoid cross-contamination of flavors.

Equipment inspectionConfirm that the power connection is normal, the external water tank is full of purified water or connected to the water supply pipe, and the drain pipe is unobstructed. Check that the inner cavity is clean, the sealing strip is intact, and ensure that the door can be closed tightly.

2. Cooking stageSmart Start

Select modeSelect the desired cooking mode on the touchscreen. Multiple modes are available, including pure steaming, high-temperature steaming, pure baking, steam-baking combination, and fan baking, to meet the needs of different dishes.

Setting parametersSet cooking temperature (30-130℃ for steaming, 30-260℃ for baking), time (1 minute-6 hours), humidity, and other parameters. You can also directly call up built-in smart recipes (such as "Steamed Sea Bass" and "Roasted Chicken Wings") and apply preset parameters with one click.

Start runningClick "Start". The device will automatically begin heating. In some modes, it will preheat first, and the screen will display "Preheating". Once preheating is complete, it will automatically start the cooking timer. During cooking, the device will automatically adjust the steam and temperature according to the settings to ensure optimal results.

Monitoring and CompletionDuring the cooking process, the real-time temperature and remaining time can be viewed at any time. The machine will beep when finished, and the operator can then remove the finished product while wearing heat-resistant gloves.

3. Cleaning stageConvenient and efficient

One-click cleaningAfter cooking, select the "Cleaning Mode" function. The device will automatically inject high-temperature steam to soften the grease inside the tank, after which simply wipe it gently with a damp cloth to complete the cleaning.
